Welcome Chef JJ:
We are excited to welcome Chef JJ to the Haymarket Regional Food Pantry. Beginning the end of June 2018, Chef JJ will be at the pantry providing recipes and cooking techniques to our clients using the food they get from the food pantry. He calls this his “action station” where a fresh recipe will be made for clients and volunteers to sample throughout the session. He will be cooking throughout the event to show techniques and answer questions. Printed recipe cards will be available to those interested (as well as posted online here). See below for Chef JJ’s schedule at the food pantry and links to his recipes.
