Each year, the Haymarket Regional Food Pantry recognizes the incredible support our Partners (the dozens of organizations, including local businesses, grocers and farmers, schools, faith organizations, and community groups) who help to make a visible difference in achieving our mission to end hunger in our community by giving H.O..P.E. and Helping Other People Eat.
Our partners support us financially through grants, corporate donations, and event sponsorships. In addition to critical financial support, many of our Partners also donate food, conduct food drives, and/or volunteer. What makes a Partner is their commitment to support and work with the Haymarket Regional Food Pantry throughout the year, and year after year.

Other Sponsorship Opportunities:
- Holiday Baskets
Every November, December and March/April the food pantry collects and distributes a “holiday meal in a basket” during the week before Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter. Baskets typically include a frozen turkey or ham, along with traditional holiday side dishes and accompaniments. To collect, store, assemble and distribute the baskets, the food pantry relies on donations (either financial, food items, or volunteer time) to support purchasing of supplemental food, storage unit space, bags/baskets, and more. - Kid Snack Packs
When school is out for the summer, the food pantry steps in and provides Kid Snack Packs to our clients with school aged children. During the school year, these families depend on access to school breakfast and lunch programs to help feed their children on school days. Our goal is to provide each client’s child with a few single-serve kid-friendly meal options that kids can make themselves. While single-serve items are more expensive, helping reduce food insecurity and empowering kids is a top priority. - Fundraising Event Sponsor
The food pantry hosts events throughout the year to raise funds and awareness to help us achieve our mission of givign H.O.P.E. and Helping Other People Eat. These events are not possible without the generous support of our sponsors. Current Sponsor opportunities are available for:- Soup-er Bingo – 2021 Dates TBA
- Volunteer Appreciation Event – 2021 Dates TBD
- Virtual Trivia Night – June 4, 2021
