2023 Holiday Food Needs

Each year, the Haymarket Regional Food Pantry helps our clients celebrate the holiday season by providing traditional holiday meal items in addition to 3-4 days of food each week. We are able to do this through the generosity of our amazing community of donors and volunteers.

For Our Donors:

We are so thankful for our generous partners for helping us provide the needed number of frozen turkeys this season. For all the other items needed, we are asking for your help. 

2023 needs include:

  • Boxed Mashed Potatoes 
  • Boxed White Rice
  • Canned and/or Fresh Yams
  • Cream of Chicken/Mushroom Soup
  • Canned Soup (All Varieties) 
  • Canned/Bag Black Beans
  • Canned Corn
  • Canned Pumpkin 
  • Cake/Brownie Mixes
  • Gravy
  • Evaporated Milk
  • Condensed Milk

The deadline for holiday meal items is Wednesday, November 1, 2023. Please see our Current Needs List for more information on items we are asking for and how and when to donate. In addition to food, financial donations are always welcome.

Donations may be dropped off at any time in our bins located in the back of our building.  Volunteers are available to receive donations M-F 9:00 am - 3:30 pm.
