Dear Clients,
As you may know, our facilities are temporarily closed due to COVID-19 and we are not distributing food. Since April 14, we have given out grocery store gift cards to continue assisting with your weekly grocery bills. The growth in the number of people needing our services has been extraordinary and we are very glad we have been able to help so many people for as long as we have.
Effective Wednesday, May 13, 2020, we are suspending all client operations. This means we are not distributing food OR grocery store gift cards at this time. Though we set aside a very generous budget for our Gift Card program, it has also required many more resources, volunteers and hours than we anticipated. After helping nearly 1,500 clients and their families (nearly seven thousand people), we are refocusing our financial and volunteer resources into working towards a date to reopen and restart food distribution.
To that end, we have secured a new facility in the area and will be moving to our new location over the next several weeks. Our new location is much better suited to meet your needs as well as ours. As of today, we do not have an exact date when we will reopen but will communicate our new hours, location and procedures with you as soon as possible via email, on our website and on our Facebook page.
We know that you may still need help providing food for your family while we are closed. We have provided some resources that can help. See the information at the bottom of this letter, or go to the Need Help page of our website.

Estimados clientes,
Como podrias saber, nuestras instalaciones están temporalmente cerradas debido a COVID-19 y no estamos distribuyendo alimentos. Desde el 14 de abril, hemos entregado tarjetas de regalo de supermercados para continuar ayudándole con sus facturas semanales. El crecimiento en el número de personas que necesitan nuestros servicios ha sido extraordinario y estamos muy contentos de haber podido ayudar a tantas personas durante el tiempo que lo hemos hecho.
A partir del miércoles 13 de mayo de 2020, estamos suspendiendo todas las operaciones de los clientes. Esto significa que no estamos distribuyendo alimentos o tarjetas de regalo de supermercados en este momento. Aunque reservamos un presupuesto muy generoso para nuestro programa de Tarjeta de regalo, también ha requerido muchos más recursos, voluntarios y horas de lo que anticipamos. Después de ayudar a casi 1,500 clientes y sus familias (casi siete mil personas), estamos reorientando nuestros recursos financieros y voluntarios para trabajar en una fecha para reabrir y reiniciar la distribución de alimentos.

Nuestra nueva ubicación es mucho más adecuada para satisfacer sus necesidades y las nuestras.
